Hair: Her hair is generally past his shoulders and most of the time straite and usually clean when shes not hunting. Her hair is a very light brown with most of the time it looking blonde due to her highlights, she also loves to dye her hair.

General Appearance:
Monarch is a rather average girl. She isn't anything special by her standards but the eople of district 7 disagree. They find her rather attractive due to her blonde like hair and ghostly blue eyes. Most of the time she ends up slapping a man who grabs her in sexual manner. In all honesty she usually uses make up to cover up her scars from hunting illegal. She also uses make up to make her eyes pop and give her punk style for her band, Crimson Roses. Her breasts aren’t anything to stare at if anything they are smaller than average, which she is fairly proud of.

Personality:
Monarch is what is known to have a heart of iron. Almost nothing can dent it, slice it or even break it anyway shape or form. No names can hurt her. Nothing can be said to her that can hurt he feelings not even love it's self. She is the girl to keep her feelings lock away and private for her own life and leaves others to themselves. Monarch often expresses her softer side through her music, though it's punk it still expresses her inner self.
Monarch is also one to hold a deep rooted grudge, however it's mostly only if it's a major thing. She often swears on her life she will get revenge in some way shape or form. It's often a fair punishment to the person who has a grudge on their head. If the person beat up her little brothers she would do the same to them to show them the same pain they caused her siblings. To her it's only fair and she is the one who will pass judgement on people, so most people in district leave her be.
Monarch is a family girl, most call her the ideal mother. That is because she is sweet, fair and a nursing type of girl to her family. Though she does have father like traits due to the fact she is both mother and father to her siblings. She is a strict girl and will do whaat ever it takes to protect her family and friends. Her ability to do that has gained her respect around her community. He parenting skills and motherly type makes her take on 3 different jobs to keep her family alive. The first being the local butcher, the second being an illegal hunter, and the third being in a band.

Past and Family
History:
Monarch was born to a medicine woman and a butcher, both of which ad a fair bit of money. Most of the lumbermen came to them for cheep meat and easy trusted treatment for any cuts or to identify poisons. Her parents had a hard time naming her in fact. However one day they were sitting down relaxing when they noticed a group of small insects fly by. Butterflies, orange and black ones at that. They were monarch butterflies. Her mother smiled as she came up with the name of beauty and royalty.
After she was born the family faced some financial difficulty. Mostly because she cost more then they were alone. Monarch was a cute little angel to them though and they made it through it. They made it by her father doing illegal hunting hence leading her learn from her father. She was equally girly and a tomboy. When she was little she learned how to cut open pigs and cook them from her mother. Every person knew her since the moment she was born and every boy that could say something even from 2 would crush on her.
After 2 years of living her brother Reagan was born and she feel in love with him as a family would. She protected him from the moment he was born and refused to let him sleep alone. She was a strong little girl who took pride in being a motherly type. Monarch herself helped train the boy to cut up pigs. And of course a second child lead to more money problems and harder longer hours for their father putting more pressure on the son to help with the shop. Thanks her help and her brothers they managed to live safely for a few more years.
Soon little boy Gabriel was born. He was probably going to be the weakest of them all. He had lung problems from the moment he was born. The main problem being he was born with one lung. Being basically poor they could not afford the capitals treatment to replace the missing lung, so the baby had to go without. Not only that but her mother also had a hell of a time giving birth to her third child, leaving her unable to do any physical lifting from then on. As usual Monarch took over her mothers role and took care of Gabriel nursing him back to health when her mother couldn't. At this point she was 5 and starting school.
When she did go to school she was a simple girl and everyone knew who she was. The one thing that has changed since then was the fact she war pretty dresses and was sweet and soft instead of rough and hard to talk to. Between school and her family she had almost no free time besides going to pick the strawberries in back fields in the wilderness. The times she did she went with her mother spending quality time with her. Other times with her father who taught her about the plants and the creatures the lived off them. Most of the time she made them into jam for her brothers and herself with her mother.
Two years after Gabriel was born yet another child was made. This time after 7 years anther girl was given birth to. This time she decided on the name as he mother gave birth at home and passed out, her father was at the wilderness. She named her Julia. She actually resemble Monarch. After she got the local doctor to help her mother recover, she started to nurture her and take care of the small baby girl. This caused her to fail a grade of school to take care of her new born sister as her father worked his ass off to feed them all. Of course little Reagan was old enough to butcher in the shop.
Two years had passed and she was now 9 and working hard to keep the family alive. Her mother was now pregnant again. It was actually a good thing they loved kids or else they would be dead and starving in the wilderness by now. Now little Luke was born, the boy genius that he would later be dubbed. She liked him seeing as he was cute from the moment he was born. She knew from that she would be the one to help teach him how to be a smart kid and her brothers teach him to be a nice strong young man. This is the first sibling that Reagan and her mother helped raised since herself really. Luke learned his math from his sister and everything else from his older siblings and her mother and father. This time however gave her more freedom to do what she wanted with her life.
Now Monarch is 12 and leaves her scarred for life along with the rest of her family. The day the raging flames of wrath sparked with in her heart and locked it away in chains. That day the rebels came and burned her home down as her and her siblings were in the fields picking blueberries. From the distance she noticed the smoke and ran home with her siblings. By the time she arrived the towns people were already pulling the bodies off the tree they were pinned onto with bloody notes all over the ground written by the rebels. The worse part was the fact her mother was pregnant again with her last child. A boy that was saved from the womb. Monarch took care of her family from then on with permission from the capital and the towns folk.
From then on she never wore the pretty dresses she was seen in. Not even the pretty nicely soft skin and soft happy girl. She took on the project of hunting and working even quitting school. She never again allowed anything to enter her heart besides her family. She hunted and nurtured her newborn baby brother. Blake became a trouble child due to the fact his birthday is the most sorrowful time of the whole year for the village. Reagan also quit school to help his sister with the family as the strong protector, although Monarch was the one who protected them. Gabriel lived a fairly normal life but cooked for the family. Julia was the old Monarch, and was and still is Monarch's little jewel. Luke became a genius in math skipping to the 10 grade level.
