Friends? Janus doesn't have "friends". Because of how unnoticeable he has to be due to what he's trying to do to the Rebels, he's found it easier to just not try to make friends. Yes, he's on semi-friendly terms with some of the Rebels, and on the good side of most of the Rebel leaders, but he wouldn't consider them friends.

Two words: Trust no one. Okay, that's three, but you get the point. Janus doesn't have many actual enemies, but he's wary of everyone he meets. His only real enemies are the Rebels, the supporters of the old Capitol ways. The ones that do things like hold Games, support the ideals of Snow, create Avoxes like him. Be forewarned, he will destroy you, even if it's the last thing he does.
