hair: honestly, lucy's hair is pretty mousy in color, but it's very pretty on her and compliments her skin tone. it's naturally slightly wavy and looks as though she's spent the day on the sandy shore, but she usually straightens it because she thinks it looks better that way. it falls to roughly five inches past her shoulders.
eyes: lucy's eyes are a dark grey color like a storm cloud. they are rather wide and she can convey plenty of emotion through them. her eyelashes are lightly colored, but they are thick and long. her eyebrows are a darker, though similar, shade than her hair and are usually plucked perfectly.
height: lucy is five feet, seven inches. she thinks of herself as looking awkward and gangly, even though her height is envied by many people.
weight: lucy weighs about 120 lbs.
dress style: lucy does care about how she looks. she likes wearing simply colored things, usually pastels more than neons. black, white and grey are her favorite colors, and so she wears them often. she'll wear skirts and dresses more than she wears pants and she is a big fan of layering. she can nearly always pull off a look that might not look good on someone else, because of her neutral coloring.
general appearance: lucy or lux, to say the least, isn't the most confident person in the world. she tends to slump down and act as though her shoes are worth looking at more than the eyes of the person that she is conversing with. her hair tends to hang in her face and she hash given up trying to pin it away from her face, so usually her face is not entirely visible. even from just looking at her, you can tell that she isn't brimming with self-confidence, nor is she effervescent and extroverted.[/size]
how they act,
personality:[/b] whenever you first meet lucy, don't expect for her to become a social butterfly. usually, she waits for somebody else to start the conversation, nervous that she will say the wrong thing... which she sometimes does. despite the stuttering, she seems to lack a filter between her brain and her mouth and will tend to blurt out the wrong thing in almost every situation, much to her chagrin. she tries to curb this habit, but it never works... it's just a fact; she doesn't seem to think before she speaks.
but lucy isn't the mean type... in fact, she is averse to outrightly mean people and is the kind of person that would stand up for a bullied person if she had the guts, which she doesn't. she tends to try and stay out of problems and situations because she knows getting in the middle of something won't do her any good. she's learned not to trust people (with lucy's history, you learn not to) and trusts only a few people. she's not the kind of person who's bubbly and your best friend the instant that you meet her.
she's pretty antisocial. do you want to get to know her? come to her first... otherwise, you're going to get nowhere. and although she may seem distant, she is fiercely loyal to the ones she loves. sure, those aren't many, but she makes it count.
lucy is afraid. she has many secrets, both about her family and herself that could ruin all her relationships with all of the people she knows. among them, she is becoming an anorexic... slowly but surely and she sort of knows it. she tries to stop it but she can't. she has little to no control over things an ordinary person would have control of...
