Dress Style: Tin tends to wear things that are concealing. Try picturing the grunge era of the 90's with the plaid flanel and baggy jeans and that's what he would most likely wear. He'll hid various objects or knives up his sleeves or under his pants leg.
General Appearance: Where he grew up everyone came to know him for who he really is. Despite not dressing very well people knew that he was up to something if he was in a good mood. To those that didn't know they still can tell there is something shifty about him. He likes to sneer and narrow his eyes looking at you like a target or a game. Perhaps to him you are. Other times he seems to be looking for something. When he walks his eyes dart in all kinds of directions like he's guilty of something and is afraid something is going to happen. Or if he's sitting he might be staring intently at something and no one knows why.

How They Act

Personality: Sometimes he's a lazy you know what, other times he's cracking up some stupid plan to pull on someone just to see the chaos it creates. Tin Makav is a trickster. If you get to know him a little too well, he may find it safe to play a few on you. He may even do something as soon as you meet him just for the heck of it. There aren't too many people that actually like him because of this.

To be honest, he a real genious not only when it comes to playing tricks but to weapon design as well. Perhaps that is why he's so good at coming up with tricks. Doing these two things is perhaps the only time when he's not being lazy. These are usually his bad days. However, there are more bad than good sometimes. So there will be days when he won't come out of his house or even his room sometimes because of who knows what.

Tin is a very observant being but has an odd way of showing it. Have you ever heard of the word "gongoozler" (I think that's the right way of spelling it...)? That word means (last I heard) "One who stare continually for hours at something out of the ordinary" anyway, he's very much like this, however the things he stares at, and I mean stare, aren't that much out of the ordinary. He would squat down in the middle of the street or sidewalk in a city or town just so he can get a closer look at something that is on the ground and won't bother to pick it up. Just stare at it. Some people have thought he was crazy or needed help because of this. Got him into some tight spots on a couple occations. Now he's on the athourities watch-out list just in case some semariten (sorry I can't spell sometimes) tries to "help" him again.

What he's doing durring these times of "gongoozling" is actually studdying the potential for weaponry or finding insperation for a weapon in whatever the heck he's staring at.

Despite making weapons and playing tricks, he's actually a very cowardly figure. He will do his best to not get into a fight no matter how much trouble he gets himself into. Instead of actually fighting he will try to run and evade until his persuer tires, or he will find something or someone else to do the job for him.

Past and Family

History: Originally from District 2, Tin's family used to be the best in weapon design for the Capitol. However, everything changed when the rebels of 13 took over raising the republic. Out of fear that they may be punished for aiding the Capitol durring the war, they fled to District 5. They even ended up changing their last name to what it is now, Makav.

Tin having grown up in District 2 knew a thing or two (excuse the unintended pun) about weapons. Growing up there is when his tinkering around with random objects and ideas began. Also, being the son in a successful family, he is used to getting whatever he wanted due to the abundance of money. However, the move kind of shook him and his parents up. Now they have to work at the power plants to get what they need.

One would think that the sudden need to work would put a boy like Tin in his place but, now that he is working in the power plants and learning how things make power and send it across the country, it's only strengthing his creativity for weapon designing. Now he's making things that have elemental atributes. Things such as lightning spears and the classic fire sword. Amazing really.

Years pass and now he has learned about the hidden Hunger Games that the new rebels are hosting. Tin has a sick desire to join the creators and show him his weapon designs so they can use them in their games. All so he and his family can go back to the life they once had and Tin can do what he likes most, other than making weapons and playing tricks. Nothing. However, he also fears that one day the rebels might even take him away to be a tribute in the Hunger Games...
