Hair: Deoxy has dark brown hair that falls to the bottom of her ribcage. It's middle parted most of the time and she wears it in a rough pony most of the time.
Eyes: Her eyes are round and gray with thick, long back lashes.

Dress Style: Deoxy doesn't really care much about what she wears. Most of the time it's just whatever clean. Her mother buys a lot of her clothes. She tend to ignore the more flashy things and go for a plain t-shirt and jeans.
General Appearance: Deoxy walks with her head held high and a smirk on her face. She doesn't mind standing out, though she doesn't like her clothes to be the thing to draw attention to her. She would prefer it to be her ideas and her intellect and so she sticks with plainer clothing. She wears her reading glass onto of her head in case she needs them at anytime. She doesn't tend to wear make-up, but she does sometimes, mostly to shut up her mother when she's being obnoxious.
How They Act
Personality: Deoxy is a natural born leaders. She lives in a world of possibilities where she sees all sorts challenges to be surmounted. She has a drive for leadership, which is well-served by her quickness to grasp complexities, her ability to absorb a large amount of impersonal information, and her quick and decisive judgments. She is a "take charge" person.
Deoxy is constantly scanning her environment for potential problems which she can turn into solutions. She generally sees things from a long-range perspective, and is usually successful at identifying plans to turn problems around.
There is not much room for error in the world of Deoxy. She may become quite harsh when her patience is tried in these respects, because she is not naturally tuned in to people's feelings, and more than likely doesn't believe that she should tailor their judgments in consideration for people's feelings. In the absence of this awareness, she can be a forceful, intimidating and an overbearing individual.
Deoxy has a tremendous amount of personal power and presence works for her as a force towards achieving her goals. However, this personal power is also an agent of alienation and self-aggrandizement.
Deoxy is a very forceful, decisive individual. She makes decisions quickly, and is quick to verbalize her opinions and decisions to everyone, even if they don't want to hear. Sometimes, she can intrusively give orders and direction without a sound reason for doing so, and without consideration for the people involved.
Deoxy loves to interact with people. There's nothing more enjoyable and satisfying to her than having a lively, challenging conversation. She has a very forceful and dynamic presence and a tremendous amount of self-confidence and excellent verbal communication skills.

Past and Family
History: Growing up in one of the more privileged districts, her childhood life was generally quite easy. The worst Deoxy had to deal with was her parents frequent arguing, which was mostly about her and what they wanted her for when she grew up. Her mother wanted her to be a beautiful young lady who married a rich man (preferably a victor) and lived happily ever after in the lap of luxury. The girls father, however, wanted her to be strong athletic girl who would eventually volunteer in the Hunger Games. Even after the rebellion, he wanted her to be prepared, just in case.
Deoxy, however, didn't want to be either of those. Her dream started to develop from watching the games. The different Mutts really interested her. She wanted to design them.
Her parents were not all to happy with her decision, especially her mother. Deoxy, however, ignored them, like she had been doing for most of her life.
Her mother if often worried her daughters head might explode. Ever since she discovered what was to be, what she called, 'her purpose in life', she spent a lot of time reading and cramming her head with knowledge, mostly science and maths based. Her father didn't mind after she began to learn different ways of killing people. Her favorite was when she learned how to kill someone by creating a large bubble of gas into the bloodstream. She began to experiment on this with animals and found that is she used a syringe full of air to create the
bubbles in the blood stream.
None of the Durrmount family had anything to do with the rebellion. Her mother didn't understand exactly what was going on, her father didn't want to get into trouble with the Capitol of the Rebels lost or vice-versa if the rebels won. Deoxy couldn't have cared less. Whether if was Repels or the Capitol in charge, nothing would stop her from accomplishing her dream.
Her father was displeased to find out that District 13 had won the war and the Games were canceled. His dream of making a victor out of his daughter was ruined.
When the rebels started kidnapping children for new Hunger Games, her father ramped up her training again, determined that if she was kidnapped, she would win.
