Hair: Short, blond, and mussy. Layke never brushes it, and it’s generally flattened to his head because he just got done swimming, or all over the place because the wind has blown it everywhere.
Eyes: Sky blue(left) and Storm grey(right), almond shaped, but kind of roundish
Height: 5’10”
Wieght: 186 lbs.
Dress Style: Swim trunks. Seriously, to see Layke in anything else is basically unheard of. He practically lives in the water.
General Appearance: Layke carries himself very arrogantly, like he knows he looks good and he wants to flaunt it. His general, everyday look is prancing around half naked while girls swoon over him.
He’s pretty lean with a bit of muscle definition, more of a swimmer’s body, not huge like the guys from 2 or 12. Layke is very graceful with his movements, and isn’t afraid to show off. He’s as much a performer as he is a swimmer and athlete.
The one issue with his otherwise flawless body aside from his heterochromia iridis, is a flowery, discolored pattern in his skin starting at his left breast and working his way down his left arm. This is a scar that is the result of being struck by lightning when he was a child. He dislikes it, and how prominent it is, but plays it off as if it’s part of his seductive physique.
How They Act
Personality: Layke is a giant playboy. He’s never had to work a day in his life, and it shows. He uses his looks to attract women to himself, and is very self centered and uppity. He’s got kind of a reputation around District 4 as a heartbreaker. He’ll take you, love you, and leave you. It’s almost like a game to him.
But it’s all an act. The real Layke has severe commitment issues, and he’s not even interested in girls. All of the other guys his age are jealous of him for getting all the girls, but he’s jealous of the girls of getting all the guys his age. Layke tries to keep it a secret, because he’s afraid of what would happen if word got out that he was...different, a freak, a...muttation.
When it comes to friends, Layke has a ton of them, and is very easy going. He’s a carefree kind of guy, and loves to do outdoorsy things like swim. He loves swimming, with a passion. Most people find it easy to make friends with him because of his charismatic personality, and his body doesn’t hurt, if you get what I mean.
Layke loves to train for the Hunger Games, hoping every year that he’s the one taken. Every year, he watched them, imagining what he would do in place of the male District 4 tribute when he got old enough. He knows it’s technically against the rules, but who can fault a boy from District 4 for a little swimming and spear play?

Past and Family
History: Layke is the son of Riven and Lilli Wood, the former the Victor of the 67th Hunger Games. Despite his father’s many protests, from a young age, all Layke wanted to do was follow in his father’s footsteps and become a Tribute, and hopeful Victor, as well. He began to train himself and an early age, analyzing all the winning strategies and devising his own. Layke started to familiarise himself with all the weapons he could, flourishing with his fishing knife and his father’s fishing spear.
Because of his father’s status as a Victor, Layke was never in want. He had everything he could ever dream of, and that made him popular among the kids his age. But even he knew it was an empty friendship. Due to the “Career” status of District 4, kids relished at the chance to spend any sort of time with Riven, and a lot used Layke to get that. Layke loved all the attention at first, but as he grew, he realised how hollow these connections were.
Around the time when girls started to notice him, and his male peers started to notice girls, he tried his hardest to notice them too. But he noticed guys more. Coming to terms that he liked guys, Layke threw himself harder into his training. Then the Mockingjay came, and ruined his chances of ever getting into the Hunger Games...or so he thought.
When he learned that Rebels began kidnapping Tributes for their own Hunger Games, Layke trained doubly hard, hoping he would once become another District 4 victor.
