Eyes: A beautiful hazel color that is both striking and alluring. They often change with her mood from honey brown to a green.

Dress Style: Carmen wears what is comfortable. She can be found in a variety of clothes. She usually sticks to nature based colors though because to prefers to sneak away from the harvest to relax from time to time.
General Appearance: Carmen is a girl that would blend into a crowd. She has a very natural beauty but never tries to show it off. She is more interested in day dreaming and cloud gazing.
Her eyes sometimes have this vacant look in them when you talk to her. That is because she is completely ignoring you and off in her own world. Even though her eyes are stunning and honestly one of her best features she despises them and wears her hair down and around her face.
Her hair is long and she often forgets to brush it. That leaves it a tangled mess from time to time like it has been blown crazy by the wind. Funny enough though she just looks like a wild amazon girl.
Carmen is lean and athletic despite her obvious slacker mood. She takes off hiking to occupy the time she isn't day dreaming. She skips meals for her family as well as the fact that she is usually not home for dinner. She could eat a sandwich or two and it wouldn't hurt her.
Her skin is a milky beautiful tone. She never really sits in the sun because she always finds a place shadowy and quiet to hide.
How They Act
Personality: Carmen is an odd distant girl. She is often off in her own world where dragons live and fairies fly. She hides from her daily reality by zoning out everything but the clouds as she sinks deep into her thoughts.
Carmen doesn't like to work much. It's not that she is lazy but that she doesn't see the point. Why should she pick apples and harvest fruit and vegetables for other people when she barely gets any herself? She would much rather see her family full or a child with no food have a piece of bread than herself, but she does eat because she knows she has too.
Even though her parents are around Carmen feels very lonely. They never had other children and she was always jealous of all the large families of District 11. She always wants someone to spend time with but no one pays much attention to her.
Carmen is a closet romantic. She has never had a boyfriend or even really had a boy pay attention to her. She constantly day dreams of a handsome dashing man coming to save her from her life of farming to take her away to a distant far land of magic. She knows deep down it will probably never happen but why ruin her dreams, right?
Ever since the Rebels started kidnapping children she has avoided going outside at night. Even though they don't stop her from taking off during the day. She isn't so much afraid of getting kidnapped, because she feel like no one would miss her anyway, but she knows she would have almost no chance of surviving in the Games.

Past and Family
History: Autumn and Juri had known each other since they were children. They were close friends, working the harvest together.
Juri at the age of sixteen asked for Autumns hand in marriage. Her parents were leery of the situation because both of them were very young and weren't ineligible from the hunger games yet. In the end they allowed the engagement but there would be no marriage until they had both turned eighteen and no longer had to worry about the Games.
Autumn was far too infatuated with Juri to wait for their wedding day. She wanted a family before she died and she felt that could be any day. Juri consented very willingly and they both performed their Districts marriage ceremony in private consummating it that night.
Soon Autumns pregnancy was impossible to hide. She was still only seventeen and her parents looked down on her for her disobedience. They kicked her out of their house and Juri then had a house assigned to them so that she wouldn't be on the streets.
The next harvest Autumn gave birth to a beautiful girl. She named her Carmen after the orchard she loved so dearly. Carmen was a beautiful sweet little girl.
She grew up quickly. Autumn and Juri were more interested in their jobs than they honestly were in Carmen. She didn't understand their neglect or their distance and often cried herself to sleep.
It wasn't long that she found comfort in her thoughts. She had overheard an old lady telling a story of dragons and fairies to a toddler and Carmen consumed her life with the contents.
When the Mockingjay gave the District hope Carmen was already lost in her own world of fantasy and romance. She really had no clue what to think about the war or their sudden freedom. In here opinion she the only thing that changed was that all the things she did were now legal and she couldn't be beaten publicly again.
She didn't notice all the kids her age begin to practice with swords in secret or the fact that they were walking in large groups. That is until the first little girl was kidnapped from her District. She had been only seven years old. Apparently the rebels no longer cared about age any longer.
It really hadn't affected her until she saw the footage of the girls death on a hacked tv segment. The scene mortified her as the young girls family screamed in pain and grief. She didn't understand why someone would do that to children. So she started to avoid the night time. That was when they said the girl disappeared.
Carmen started to work on disguising herself for her trips away from town. She started to carry a small knife in her shoes. She even learned to set a few traps, which even though they weren't amazing had caught her family a few good meals. She wanted to protect herself from the Rebels as best she could. Now she just waits and day dreams.
