Dress Style: Military uniform. Always, all the time... well, unless she's trying to blend in. Then she's dressed as if she were from district one in fashionable clothing.
General Appearance: Dark and sadistic Athena always looks as if she were dressed for something formal, or at least semi-formal. When she's in her own district, she wears a uniform representing her rank in the rebellion. When wandering the other districts, she's always dressed in something you would see the luxury district wearing. Her eyes are cold and she always seems emotionless. She's usually strict and well groomed, but her hair is never completely tamed.
How They Act
Personality: Athena seems as if she has no emotions. She is always calm and collected, even in a crisis, though many consider her evil and soulless due to her heartless actions of violence. Obsessed with order an power, she spends her time trying to take charge of the rebels and the games.
Athena is intelligent, just as her name suggests, but she is also a sociopath and masochistic. She cares for nobody but herself and her obsession with power is what drives her need to continue working for the Hunger Games. A strange feeling of satisfaction comes over her when she succeeds in keeping everything "underground."
Pride and confidence are also a major part of Athena's personality. She can't stand failure, another reason for her obsession with order. However, she does feel satisfaction in taking on much more than she can handle.

Past and Family
History: As a child, Athena was neglected. Her parents preferred to attend parties than watch her and her sister, leaving Athena in charge. Athena took care of her sister until Iris was killed by suicide at the age of twelve.
After that, Athena didn't show emotion, and was, what many would say, scarred. The only person she had ever cared about had committed suicide. Any time she saw another person in pain, she imagined that it took away from what her sister had felt. Over the years, she seemed to start believing it, and actually felt enjoyment when the pain was caused, especially by her own hand.
Thus, her obsession with the Hunger Games. Every time a child died in a painful manner, she felt ecstasy at the memory of her sister. Growing into an adult, she became a peacekeeper for the Capitol, helping to enforce the Hunger Games herself. She hadn't spoken to her parents, and knows nothing of what became of them after the rise of the Republic.
After the rebellion, she managed to keep a group together and found the rebels. After a couple years, she had risen in their ranks to a position of power, and continuing the Hunger Games was, much to (almost) everyone's happiness, decided upon..
