Dress Style: Jae doesn't like to dress like everybody else in the Capital, but she still likes to dress crazier than the people in the districts. Her style is funky and innocent. She wears lots of bright colored skinny jeans, and she likes to wear shorts with tights. She almost always wears big boots, but she sometimes wears sandals instead. For tops she likes wearing lots of odd sweaters, and soft colored t-shirts.
General Appearance: She doesn't act or look too elegant. She often slouches, and stuffs her hands in her pockets. She has fair skin, that burns super easily, but never tans. She doesn't wear a ton of makeup, just enough to make her blue eyes look bigger and prettier. She isn't great at fashion, and what she wears often doesn't quite match, but she doesn't care. Her hair is naturally very wavy, but she often straightens it. she takes decent care of herself, and tries to look nice.
How They Act
Personality: Her personality usually depends on who she's with. If she's with her friends, family, or anybody who she feels comfortable with she'll often act goofy, and loveable, but if she's with somebody she doesn't know very well, an enemy, or almost any boy she'll act quiet, shy, and insecure.

Past and Family
History: She grew up in the Capital with two loving parents, and a twin brother. She never had to work a lot including that she lived in the Capital, but unlike a lot of people she didn't focus all of her energy on her appearance. She grew up watching the Hunger Games, when she was a little kid she used to find the games very entertaining, but she always thought that it was fake, and that nobody actually died. And that it was just actors acting for their entertainment. Once she realized that this was all real, that these were real people killing, real people dieing, and real people starving she then grew to hate the games very much. She never wanted anybody to have to go through all that pain, and she thought it was cruel to force the teens to do so. She was very happy once the Hunger Games came to an end. She didn't like it when she heard that district kids were getting kidnapped, and forced into the games again, but she was glad that it wasn't capital citizens.
