Dress Style:He dresses sleek and dark. He wears lots of leather jackets, and other colored jackets. He normally wears simple blue jeans, and for shirts he usually just wears old comfy t-shirts, but sometimes he'll wear button down shirts depending on what he's doing. He doesn't really pay attention to what he wears, as long as he doesn't look like an idiot.
General Appearance: Indigo kind of comes off as a bit of a creep. He usually dresses in darker colored clothes, doesn't smile a lot, if he does smile it's usually more of a fake smirk when something goes his way, and hides out in strange places. He struts around with his chest puffed out trying to look tough, and telling people not to mess with him. He somewhat put's on a tough-guy act, although parts of it are real he likes to appear stronger than he really is.
How They Act
Personality: Indigo is self-centered, and strict. He feels things should be done a certain way, and that they must stay that way. And he'll do or make up anything to make sure it stays his way. He had a hard life, and envies anybody who has a decent life, so he feels the need to destroy their happiness in order to try to make himself happy. He gets annoyed easy, and doesn't like people goofing off or messing around. He's pretty creative at thinking up death-threats, and likes to use them a lot too. He doesn't connect with others very well, he only talks to them if he needs something from them, he only does them favors if he needs something done for him in return, and if a person doesn't somehow benefit what he is trying to achieve he sees no point in their existence, and avoids/ignores them as much as humanly possible.

Past and Family
History: He's never met his parents. His uncle took care of him his entire life, and his uncle never told him who his parents were or what happened to them. His uncle was one of the game makers for the Hunger Games, and was always busy working and never had time for Indigo. He was an only child, and his uncle wasn't married nor had kids, so he got lonely often. but the Hunger Games always satisfied him. Watching the batches of teens each year come in and beat each other to death entertained him lots. He had aspired to fallow his uncle's footsteps, and become a gamemaker, but then they ended. Soon after the peace had started he almost immediately joined the rebels wanting to help bring back the Hunger Games.
